I just started the Voinian missions and I only have about 1.23M credits. I am using the OverrideEV plug-in so I can buy EV ships. I want to get a Confederate Cruiser which is 20.0M credits. What's the absolute quickest wya to get 20.0M credits without cheating?

Start doing lots of Voinian trade missions, they pay a lot. If you're more adventurous,try raiding UE ships.
Hang around Azadari/Igadzra boarder. Wait until a Azadari Warship and a Igazra starts to fight, when one of them get´s disabled, quickly board it. They will have 300-600 000 cred. Note: When you board one of them their gov. will get angry at you, so only board one gov., or you will be hated by both of them. If you consentrate on one gov. then you will get friend with the other! Hope that helped. (sorry about all that basic stuff you already know, it´s just in case)-

There is a cheater plug called Override Edge that makes it so all ships and outfits are one credit. It also makes everything in the game available for purchase. Also, I think there is an Earth->First Centauri mission for 1 million credits.
