In what order should you work for govn'ts?

What order should you do the missions for EVERY government including U.E. and Vionians if you're using TripleAgent? I want to complete every governments missions so I can play all the different plugins and not have to create a whole new character just to join a certain government.

I've heard that if you do the Vonian string first, then buy a Renegade Fake ID, then you can do the UE strings too.
