1. from the northern territories tunnel, 3W 1N, there is a crypt that you have to go through to get on the other side of a moutain, then northeast to reach the ruins. yet this runs into #2, were you need to get the shield to get another quest for a key to that crypt. 2. From the Order of seasons Elf, you do his missions then you will get the shield quest I think after you get the 2ed dragon tooth.
