I just finished the destroy Verril Prime mission and also downloaded the Plug Reign of the Voninians and I can't find where the new missions start. I would appreaticate some help in where they begin. Thanks!

P.S. i downloaded RotV, but i couldn't figure out how to get the vonian missions in the first place, i know they start at pax, but they never offer 'em to me, any ideas?
To get voinian mission you must not have completed ANY EU military missions, have a good rank (I think excelent or highter) and for reign of the voinians 2 you must not have completed any miranu missions too.
