I've gotten two titles, but no skills. Who do you see to do this. I understand that you need this to get the black fairy.

First, get the mission "Road Kill" from a lady in Fantrima. When you've cleared the road of the special kobolds, go talk to the people in the lumber camp. One of them will thank you for clearing the road of kobolds and leave for Fantrima. Go back to Fantrima and talk to the lady that gave you the mission. She will give you another mission to find her harp. Follow the directions to find the harp. Take the harp back to her. She'll give you a skill. She'll give you a mission to find a guy in the Perugo Forest. When you find him, you'll get another skill.
