ok, every time i play evo for the UE, i get as far as the hinwar missions, then no further...is there some special planet that i gotta land on? i wanna defeat the voinians but i dont know how...

You can't "defeat" the Voinians. After it tells you that you completed the central objective... that's as far as you go with it.
