Where and how do I start the Voinian Missions? Can I still join the strand wars after my alignment with the voinians? I did that UE cargo mission alrady, can i still defect?

I dont know for sure, as I always found the Voin string boring (less cash, less missions, no Central Objective.)
Other than that, it's at Pax. You need to be able to take out a Freight Courier rather fast, and cant have compleated the Rescue Defector mission.
