I've completed the first main objective by holding back the voinians and creating the relationship between U.E. and the aliens. What Do I do next.

Well... you can side with one of the strands (the Zidagar(ugh!), Igazra, or the Azdgari) and piss off the other two. Personally, I'd choose either the Igazra or the Azdgari.
