Can anyone tell me the least my stats and stamina should be at before I attempt to enter High Garendall?

At least good enough that you you have time to quaff healing potions before you die.
Seriously though, stats and stamina are a little decieving. Some people know are fairly talented, and can survive with minimal computer-given skills, as they can survive by their own game play. Others need a lot of levels and stats in order to survive. Only thing I can recommend is save your game, go in there a few times, and if you continually get lambasted and die quickly... well, you probably need to do a bit more exploring and leveling elsewhere first.

Besides the fact that you should have enough Healing Potions with you, you should also have and use the Holy Cloak and the Divine Lamp (for me a must be). With that and a good weapon/shield.....enjoy Go step by step, so that you didn't run in a bunch of DarkSpirits at once and save every time you make a good move forward.
(Read about DarkSpirits and the Divine Lamp in the Learning Tree)

Na, if your a low level, If you kinda know were your going, You can spare fighting it out and make a mad dash for the items, that way you can later save health for the harder areas, like the cave.
