What i want to know is what the marines outfit might do... Man, ev o needs a graphical override BAD.

Marines - add crew to your ship to make capturing easier. A logical assumption.
EVO's graphics aren't that bad. . . they're better than EV's old graphics (you can see vestiges of them in the Confed Cruiser sprites). They certainly could be better, though.
