Here is the deal: I started a new pilot name, and did the Paaren Station bit. I was almost done, but I could'nt find the last shipment to Paaren Station to complete it. Whats wrong?
If you have done all of the cargo transportation missions (4-5 I think), then check around in the bars for the next stage. if not, keep on looking in mission bars. Simple.

Try the bar on Knox. You might need to accept and abort some missions though to get it.
