It's not finished yet, but I fixed a few glitches and changed some images etc. You can now read the story behind the plug-in. The story is not complete... the page will be an interactive newspaper. At least once a month I will update the Galactic News section on the page. I will build up the story with the newspaper so that you follow the history of the plug-in as it goes along.
