I would like to announce that beside my board, I have been working on an EVO webpage. I just started it when I got my web space one day after the boards changed. I now have it completed. I did not even know html entill after the board change. Take a little look and leave a message about what you thought at the web board. It's at: (url="http://"http://www4.50megs.com/miketm/index.html")http://www4.50megs.c...ketm/index.html(/url)
And Ambrosia hasn't updated the EV and EVO sites either. Could some one explane why I could put up a whole EVO site and they can't even update theirs? Are they just lying to us some more?

Its a nice site. better than others I've seen. I think I've seen that image before...
As for your site, yes, copying the values for ships/weapons out of res-edit or whatever you did isn't hard (I notice the links page looks a little familiar), and the rest of your pages are under construction, so its not a "whole" EVO site, far from it.
As for the update, since we're changing the EV/EVO sites completely, it would be kind of stupid for me to update the rest of the site, just when its going to be changed again.
I can assure you, AS is working on the site (why do I know, because when I just talked to AW, he told me).
Try to realize that AW is folding ALL of the third party sites back, and we are the first slated to be done, but it is being worked on.
As for your site, give us a complete mission guide, plugs, and a complete help section, and update it. Then it'll be whole

I plan on it. I'll start working on it tonight or tomarrow.

I can explain that to you. What we are working on is several orders of magnitude more complicated, in-depth, and resource-intensive than your web site. I could slap together a web site extremely quickly as well, but it wouldn't be especially productive...
Are they just lying to us some more?
Please point out a single instance where either myself or anyone else from Ambrosia has "lied to you" -- put up or shut up. Some accusations I simply won't let stand, and this is one of them.

Sorry, I'm still a little perked about the board change. The lies thing was a bit to much. It's just that updates to the pages take so long, even though someone says they will by updated more often.
No, I quite clearly stated that I am working on the site redesign, and that you shouldn't expect to notice any major changes over the next few weeks, because of how involved all of the updates (not just to ev.com) we are doing are.
