I decided to give the game (url="http://"http://www.factor-software.com")Germs(/url) a try, and suddenly while playing it I looked over at my sister's computer because I thought she was playing Ferazel's Wand. Turns out that Germs uses one of the sounds from FW (the one when Ferazel gets hurt and makes that gurgling sound - I can't describe it).
I looked in the credits, didn't find anything about Ferazel's Wand...
What are your thoughts on this?
------------------ Come on over to irc.ambrosia.net ! (url="http://"http://ninthkingdom.ferazel.net")OBW: The Ninth Kingdom for Ferazel's Wand coming soon?(/url)
How dare someone use a sound effect from a copyrighted game barely anyone cares about. Ambrosia should sue.

Did you find anything there about Ambrosia or Andrew Welch? I know that Andrew has developed some tools and sounds for games that are used for Ambrosia games. Maybe he sold some of them. Possible, anyway.
