Ohh...yeah, that's what I have to do to. Unfortunutely, spinblock don't quite work just like rock barriers.

Very clever.
BTW, the horizontal Rock Barrier was cat's idea... I shouldn't have any credit for it. i was just putting fourth my (humble) opinion...

I just want you to talk to me, Zelda! Crikey!

Oh look..here he is.
"(I am) considering doing an unofficial update of the game and/or the editor. Given a limited amount of time to work on it, what would be, say, the top 5 changes, fixes, or improvements that people would like to see? Or, if there was "just one thing" (other than Carbonization) they could have, what would it be? The new versions would not be sold or officially released by Ambrosia, but they would be publicly available. The update would be solely for the sake of the fans."
There you go. What's your wish list? Keep in mind that major engine overhaul is rather out of the question. We're talking pretty much minor bugs and tweaks. But wait...I have another incoming message..hang on..
"Possibly two... or one or the other (game or editor) depending on demand. And you're right, it's more minor tweaks. Maybe one big thing if it's not too hard and everyone wants it."
The floor is now open. Unless everything about the game and/or editor is absolutely perfect exactly the way it is.

Many people have said that they would like more information to be released... I was just wondering what information people would like. I'd particuarly like Spinblock information, and information about creating sprites (I mean speakable characters, but bosses (or just normal enemies) would be cool as well... But they'd probably have to have coding or something to make them work. I, however, no nothing about programming at that sort of level. :))
Update to original levels: -make wraiths killable -get rid of bug in final level (thrown seeds go dribbling on floor) -make it possible to get 100% secrets, enemies and xichrons in all levels (ie UI Greenland, O&E;)
New levels - use all those nifty things that never got used in the original levels.
Mascot: Users guide with step by step instructions on how to make a level. (I've never progressed very far).
I think the name of mascot users should be "mascot-eers" (sort of like the Three Musketeers, only there are more of you.)

Awesome! I've been waiting for this for a long time. I'd like a more easy-to-use MASCOT version (not all of us know those complicated codes.), activation of the useless items such as Hammer and Density Ball, activation of useless sprites, horizontal rock barrier, world option at startup screen, and conversation and sprite editor. This could start up the Ferazel Boards anew!

Well, if you're going to bring up the plot... How about resolving all those unresolved plot lines (like going back to Gerodius)? (Not that I let unresolved plot lines interfere with actual game play.)

FW patch? What? Where? Why? Huh? Now? When did he say that? I never heard him say that!

It would be nice if we could change the Xichera boss and end the game slightly differently - although I rather suspect this might come under the heading of a major change.

There are two rules for ultimate success in life. (1) Never tell everything you know.
How about an extra level... You know, a wrap-up for the game, where you get to see Geroditus. Maybe, just maybe, there could be a starter for another world that we could use our imagination to create.

Making versions of Ferazel publically available, but not through Ambrosia would be a violation of the contract Ben signed. It isn't going to happen unless he wishes to speak to our lawyers.
Any new version of Ferazel will be released through Ambrosia.

Ack. I had a feeling this might happen :frown: But at least you didn't say no new version would be released at all...
Oh, noooo.... :frown: I sure hope we still get a FW patch.
