OV looks out the window into the pouring rain, wind, and dark night. OV goes out to check on the thing out there. OV takes a torch but it goes out as soon as he steps out side.
OV gets over to the body. Monsterlady can barley see them outside. Lightning flashes and Monsterlady sees the body move but than she can't see anything. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" OV yells but is cut short. Lightning flashes again and the body nor OV are there.......

OV comes back to consiousness at the top of a hill. The rain is still pouring and its still dark and the wind is still blowing.
OV sits up and sees a man standing over him. The man looks very familiar but OV can't figure out who he is. OV trys to stand up but he finds out hes chained to the hill. Lightning flashes and OV recognizes the man. It's not a man, it's Xichra in her Habnibit form. "You!" OV shouts. OV lashes at Xichra but can't get up. Xichra breaks the chains holding OV. OV tackles Xichra but gets thrown down the hill. OV tumbles down and hits the bottom. As soon as he hits the bottom there's a loud crack as OV breaks his leg and another crack as his head collides with a rock......
At the top of the hill Xichra looks down at the knocked out OV and laughs as her wings magically appear and flys away for now.......
Meanwhile back at the cabin....
MonsterLady watches as Thok re-arms with all sorts of Nuclear devices.
Grabbing one of the Rez necklaces Thok had given her earlier, MonsterLady covers herself in a cloak and goes outside.
"Thok, can you go to the east and see if you can find OV? I'll go to the west."
Without waiting for an answer MonsterLady trudges into the wind, the wind and rain whipping her cloak ominously about her.

Thok carefully walks eastward, towards hangnabit and flash freeze, planting nuclear death traps here and there. Later, Thok runs into his evil twin brother (who doesn't really exist of course), Koht. "Hey wait a second. You are the one who plants evil death traps.. That means you are the evil twin!" Koht points out. "And the evil twin always loses." Thok quickly replied "Uh-oh.." Koht proceeds to beat the living *$^@ out of Thok. As Thok lets loose the death sound, Koht grabs his rez necklaces, "I'll take these." and runs off.
PCheese enters the cabin, wondering why such a nicely made structure could be in the middle of this hazardous level. Since only Ferazel is home, he decides to sneak around the once again slumbering habnabit and take a peek at his iBook. Thunder sounds, and PCheese jumps as the fire flickers and goes out. Since no one was watching the door, MASCOT forgets about the protection spell and goblin sneaks in. Wielding his heavy hatchet silently, he takes a swing and chops PCheese's head off. It rolls across the room, catching a Rez necklace on the way. PCheese is suddenly resurrected, but he has no weapons! Thinking quickly, he looks back at the door and the monster vanishes. Shaken by this close encounter, he decides to forget it all, take a relaxing Ziridium Brine bath, and lie in wait for the owner of the cabin.

OV wakes up with a huge pain in his leg and his head. "Ugh" he says OV trys to stand up but can't balace with his broken leg. OV trys to grab a stick and finds a one lying on the wet ground. OV gets a nice think one and finally stands up. "Where am I? Who am I? What am I?" OV asks suffering from a concussion. OV walks around in circles but doesn't know it. OV finally gets going into the direction of a huge river.
REMEMBER No one know where I am yet. I've got a little story idea that will go on intill about half of the 2nd page

MonsterLady comes to the end of the level without finding OV. Retracing her steps, she gets back to the cabin, hoping to find Thok there, but instead finds PCheese lounging in the Ziridium brine. She quickly fills him in on all that has happened.
Where is OV? Where is Thok? Will this rain ever end? Will Ferezel ever wake up? Why did the fire go out?
All these questions give MonsterLady a headache, so she quickly rebuilds the fire and cracks open another Kokanee.
In his last breath of life, Thok hits a button on the ground near him that was hidden by his deep cloak. A huge explosion rattles his ears. The trap rez necklace that Koht had stolen had worked. One of the real rez necklaces landed close, but not close enough to work.
Meanwhile
MonsterLady has just finished rebuilding the fire and having her kokanee, and is now putting some more poppyseed muffins into the oven. Suddenly the shack starts to shake and a huge explosion is heard. A vast number of thuds can be heard from something landing on the roof. She runs outside to see what the thunks were, and discovers rez necklaces. Lots of rez necklaces. The only time she ever recalled seeing this number of rez necklaces was... Thok putting some on.

"What happened, Morgan", asked MonsterLady. I really don't know, but I was trying to avoid one of those obnoxious armadillothingies and it suddenly exploded into smithereenies. It actually turned into powder! The explosion blew me into a spiked pit. I barely made it out before losing consciousness. When I came to, I staggered along against the relentless wind, swearing and cursing. I stumbled over someone that was raving about his leg being broken and muttering like "Who am I? Where am I? What am I? Being afraid.... terribly afraid, I ran and hid until he wandered off. Then I came upon this friendly place. Thank the gods I am out of that wind for awhile. It drives me crazy!
Now, MonsterLady, will you crack one of those Kokanees for me. I'm about to go off the wagon!!!!

Morgan, revitalized after the brine soak and her head spinning a little from the Kokanee, remembered she had heard another explosion as she was approaching the cabin. She asked MonsterLady if she heard it and if she knew what it was.
MonsterLady pointed over to the SW corner at a huddled figure and said "Ask Thok."

Obviously it isn't Thok in the corner - it must be the evil twin Koht who had a real rez necklace in addition to the boobytrapped one Thok had provided... Koht leaps up and runs into the night (we'll save Koht for later)
Umm....MonsterLady runs out with a few of the many real rez necklaces, looking for the area of the explosion. Through rain and storm, with her eye out for the nuclear death traps, she braves the inclement weather.
Finally she comes to Thok and revives him with a rez necklace.
But there is still no sign of OV.
Thok's eyes slowly start to open. He sits up, inspecting his wounds. "Wheres Koht? I'll murder that little %$^@..." Before MonsterLady could answer, Thok was up on his feet staring eastward. "Go back to the cabin. I'll join you there shortly." MonsterLady quickly handed him his wand of rez necklaces that were blown to the cabin by the wind, and Thok ran eastward, down into flash freeze.
Later
Thok walked into the cabin, shivering. He help out a tray, containing small bars of frozen fruit juice. He set them down and ran to the fire. Thok looked cold, but pleased. MonsterLady asked why he seemed so happy. "Oh. Simple. It turned out Koht went down there." Thok grinned. "Want to see the head?"
Ferazel wakes up. His iBook has long since run out of power. He gets out of his chair, summons a small device with two cords on either end, fastens one to a funny looking socket in the wall, and the other to his iBook. He sets it down and let's it charge. He takes a poppyseed muffin and askes for an Italian Swiss wine.

OV's concusion is wearing off. "Where am I now. Who was that guy who I heard walking by me. Or was that a dream. OV continues towards the river. Still dazed from the fall onto the rock he's not sure if crossing the river will take him back to the rain and the cabin. OV trys to figure out a way to cross the river and wonders how Thok, ferazel and Monsterlady. (not knowing about the newer guys)
MonsterLady gathers the group in the cabin together.
"We must find OV" she says "but first we should eat. We can lay out our search grid at the same time."
She spreads an astounding array of food on the table. She manages to find a bottle of wine for Ferazel, but it is not Italian Swiss. He has to settle for Okanogan Ice wine.

Thok sighed. "I'll be right back." The stool Thok was sitting on turned into a teleporter. A few minutes later, he re-appeared on the teleporter and the teleporter turned back into a stool. He tossed a chest onto the ground. He pulled out a key and opened the chest. About 5000 rez necklaces shot out of the chest. Thok then resumed his meal.
There is a knock at the door. Before MonsterLady can answer the door, it is flung open and a shadowy figure appears, illuminated by a sudden flash of lightening.
"Can I come in?" comes a squeaky voice from under the shadow of a cloak. "I could smell those burnt poppyseed muffins from afar.
