The story so far: Ferazel returns from his marathon with Xichera only to find that Geroditus is still in a bad way and the caverns are deserted. He has to patch Geroditus up and then go looking for the lost tribes. As he searches through the caverns he begins to realise that he didn't do such a good mopping up job as he thought he had.

I know all-caps are bad form but I LOVE The Return! I have finished all the levels (including the "secret" level and its boss level) but I am stuck on the main boss level ("Trapped"). It's a technical issue - I can't figure out how to keep the first wall-switch held on. However, maybe it is meant to drive me bananas. If not, hints would be awesome.
I sincerely hope that you will be making this world really huge, lizwiz. I want more! Hungry!

Simone, If it's the switch I'm thinking of, there's a boulder hidden directly above it, you break that wall and roll the boulder over the switch. Where is the secret level? I'm going crazy trying to find it. I'm also stuck on 'Trapped', get half way through and don't know how to get to the rest of it. It's really fun to play The Return though. Fixes my ferazel-withdrawal pangs! -Ferazelled Girl

If you're really stuck and want help email me direct. That way I won't spoil it for anyone who doesn't want hints.
There are two rules for ultimate success in life. (1) Never tell everything you know.
Ms Wiz..I'm currently playing your levels and I'm getting hooked! Curses on you! But I believe I have found a fatal flaw in the Western Reaches or I'm really missing something obvious. The first tunnel you come to (way at the beginning of the level) doesn't take you anywhere. You go in and come out at the same place. Therefore, I am so thoroughly stuck. I may cheat an opening somewhere so I can play some more of the level, but I want to make sure I'm not missing something first.

Ha Ha! Feindish Laughter!! It isn't meant to go anywhere. However later on in the level you might find it convienient to get back to that point from somewhere else. There is another way (other than the teleporter) out of the big Ziridium pool.
Enjoy!

Ohhh...I feel silly. I was wondering why nobody else was complaining about this. Good thing I resisted the urge to cheat.
OK, call me an idiot, but I downloaded "The Return" and I cannot figure out how to use it. Can someone tell me where I have to put the files?

We never call anyone an idiot on this forum.
Find the file that contains all your Ferazel's Wand informataion. It should include the game and all the resourse files. In that file, make a new folder called "original world" or something similar. Drag your original "Ferazel's Wand World Data" into that file. (otherwise it will be lost, and that's no good!)
Now drag the "Ferazel's Wand World Data" from LizWiz's "The Return" into your FW file. Click on the game and start a new game.
Post again if problems, but that should take care of it.
Sorry, MonsterLady, but I thought your post was slightly confusing, so
The Ferazel's Wand World Data file is what gives you your new levels.
Open your Ferazel's Wand folder (the folder containing the Ferazel's Wand program), make a new folder named "New Levels" (because you'll end up with lots of new world data files in the end). Inside that folder, make another folder called "Original levels". Drag the file "Ferazel's Wand World Data" from your Ferazel's Wand folder into the original levels folder.
Now make a folder named "The Return" in the "New levels" folder. Place all the Return's files (the level you downloaded) in there. Now you have two folders, each with a level set in them.
Ok, now you need to put the level you want in the Ferazel's Wand folder. If you want to play the Return, open the Return folder you just made inside the new levels folder. Drag the file with the option key down to copy it into the Ferazel's Wand folder. Now you have the Return's levels in the same folder as Ferazel's Wand program. You also have backup copies of the original levels and The Return in the New levels folder (just in case).
When you open Ferazel's Wand, it reads the levels from the file that's in the same folder as the program is. Since you put the Return in there, you get The Return's levels.
By the way, if you download MascotJuggler from (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/mulletsailors/downloads/downloads.html")http://www.geocities.../downloads.html(/url) it makes it a lot easier.
Good luck
(edit)Lizwiz, why don't you put something like this in your readme?(/edit)

I meant to but I forgot at the last minute. Can I update my read me or do I have to upload everything again?
Thanks for all the help. This info would be very helpful in the ReadMe file.
Also, is there a secrets site to help those of us who get stuck now and then? I now seem to be a bit stuck in Trapped!

I hate to say this, but if you want to change anything in your file, you have to reload. I'm sorry!

Sorry about that - I'll make sure I do put it in when I release Part 2.
