Do you mean the purple ones? Those are called Multiplier Crystals.
Multiplier Crystals - They double the power of your spells. For example, when you shoot fireball, it shoots two fireballs to double the effect on the bad guys when you hit them.
Magic crystals - They give you more magic
Health crystal - They give you more health.
