Help!!!

Can anyone tell me:

1. How do i get to Dernath?? Im stuck, wandering around getting money...
2. Where do i find a Dark Fairy?

1.) Leave Fantrima to the north. Before you walk over the bridge go west. You came to a river, walk over the little stonebridge and walk to the south -> Dernath
2.) From Gwyden Camp head north east.
