I wonder if anyone agrees with me here, but I think it's kinda annoying that ambrosia had to log the IP's, because now only moderators & administrators can view the IP's, and you can't tell if someone is being impersonated or not, and for several other reasons that I'm too lazy to explain. Anyone agree with me?

Well, andrew is worried about cyberpunks sending death pings and all that crap.
Although anyone that CAN do that kinda crap on this boards is probably a moderator already though (Chamrin, Pipeline, etc.)

Yes, and I've stated some of the same reasons to Andrew before.
I think he logged it because of the ColdStone people. There were many topics a month ago asking why the IP numbers were visible, and I guess Andrew wanted them to feel more welcome.
What I would like to know (besides how to beat the goblin chief :)) is why the "online" icon was taken off.
