Is anyone out there interested in helping to make a level editor? I don't think it is possible for any one person to do this by himself. If we are ever going to have a level editor to play with we need to get some collaboration going on. If you are equipped and have some spare time please reply.
Yes I would be interested in helping with the project. I'm no programer, but would be willing to work on other parts of the project (If there is anything I could do).

I could help!
I know C, and some Toolbox stuff.
dave123 in the "Making Ferazel Levels..." Board says: ----- I have begun to crack the level format. I was able to write a program that generates a mini-map of the first level -- the entire 200x50 tile grid, foreground and background layers. I have also discovered the system for listing the items in a level and where they are found. A lot of work is left to be done, however. If I received a lot of encouragement and if there really isn't a level editor available, I might be compelled to write one. -----
Ixan Baxter has a free tile-map editor, I think we could make a program to convert from it's format to Ferazel's. Ixan's editor is at (url="http://"http://www.swarming.net/levelcreator/")http://www.swarming.net/levelcreator/(/url) Of course, there'd also have to be an items/conversations/etc editor.
