PoG is running very slowly. It used to run like a snail, but when I turned off File Sharing, it picked up speed. I still encounter a slowdown from time to time, though, and I know PoG isn't running as fast as it should be. I don't think it's a RAM problem, I've got 320MB of the stuff.

Running in full screen or in a window? Full screen is faster, thats one thing that could slow it down.

I'm running PoG in full screen mode, with Virtual Memory off. I have an original iMac DV.

how much memory do you have set for PoG?
The defaults. I haven't changed the memory allocation at all.
