Are you stuck where I think you are? If so, go back to where there is pink water and a mace ball swirling around in the water. There used to be a goblin there with a sword and shield. There is a thing you can climb up.
If that isn't where you are stuck, then tell me in a more detailed way where you are, and I'll help you out there.
