I finally made it here! I was so excited and then now I'm stuck. How do you get past the first wall? Have tried shooting everything, climbing everything, blasting, spinning, etc. Is there something I need here to use that I don't have?

Thought I should clarify here - I've blasted upwards and am at the point where the spikes are on either side of the walls. Can't find a way around them. Do I need the Ice Wall spell here? I don't have that yet - still waiting for the update. If not, how do you get around these? I've tried going up the other side of the wall, but can't get to it.
Unfortunately, yes, you need the ice wall spell here.
Thanks, LT! I was afraid of that. Hope the update is going to be available soon. Has anyone heard anything yet on that? I keep checking, but nothing new.
Actually, I used the tree trunk spell here. If you shoot, you can kind of shimmy up it. It's hard to explain, but shoot until there is enough of a trunk for you to jump. Once you jump, make sure to keep holding down the "up" key and whichever "direction" key keeps Ferazel trying to go through the trunk. Then, you can continue to shoot the spell and add to the height of your trunk, and jump to shimmy up it. Some things to be aware of: don't let Ferazel get too close to the top while he's shimmying, or else he starts shooting the spell over the trunk instead of adding to it; and it will take some time to perfect this maneuver, so just stick with it! :eek:

Nif - thank you sooo much for the tip on using the tree trunk spell! I was able to get up after several tries. The problem I'm having now is not dying and running out of magic (the tree trunk spell uses up ALOT of magic) and now I see have to use it again. Hoping for that "purple pool" soon!!
