So i got my rating up, landed on privateer's haven, and accepted the mission in the bar.
I didnt have enough cargo, so i exited, and went to get more cargo space. I got back, no more mission....
Can i ever get it?

Did you abort the mission, or did the mission fail?
Either way, you should be able to get it back. Keep trying. Kill a few Confed or Rebel ships in the system.
I got the mission at New Antigua. Might try there. Or Evildrome.
Just try try again. I think it's only a 30% chance of being there.
