I managed to complete this and I have the lamp in my possession. However, the quest still shows up in my quest log. Was I supposed to take this item and give it to someone?
Also, although the item says it gives +50 against undead, when I check my stat log, the undead listing is still blank.
Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated.
Oh yeah, I went to the Learning Tree after getting the lamp and tried to talk to the Druid but he is still waiting for me to get the Symbol. So I don't think I'm supposed to give him the lamp.

Talk to the monk after you get the lamp to end the quest. Also, you have to equip the lamp for it to have an effect.
