EVWeb remembers that the rules don't imply that there can't be outside interaction, and has his fleet blow the Cheat to bits 1 million times getting a score of 1 billion, as the scoring people don't like the Cheat. Then EVWeb goes and gets a drink after he wins.

EVWeb kills DE which nullifies the spell letting EVWeb kill the Cheat again, and get another drink.
The Cheat drinks a radioactive drink. It gives him superpowers of invincability, invornability, heat vision, meat vision and other good junk that nulifies EVWebs attempts at killing The Cheat (That includes but not limeted to: Taking his powers away, changing them, or anything else). The Cheat bashes EVWebs head in and jams the Regenerator so he cant get out. He then makes another Regenerator that is set to allow anyone else other than EVWeb through.

The Cheat comes back with his übër-The-Cheat-only-Superpowaz and goes to his little filming room dragging a bag full of journalists. He closes the door and ties up the journalists. He wacks the score keepers for giving points to EVWeb then gets emaniac to be the score keeper. The cheat takes his place in the circle holding his golf club. A bell sounds and the cheat smashes one journalist right in the camera and kills him. He does the same to all others.
EVWeb yells,"Why do I seem to be everyone's target recently?" Then he goes and sits down at a non-violence table ( a table where a person sitting at it can't be hurt in anyway, but can't hurt other people ) and has a drink brought over.
