Hey,
I'm running Mac OS 10.3.2 (Panther) on a 1.25ghz G4 and for some reason when I try to play Escape Velocity it's incredibly jumpy, to the point of not being playable, it works fine when I boot up into system 9, but not on system 10, anybody else experienced this? any advice or help?

Well, that's not surprising, considering it's native to OS9 and all.

I've found the same problem and the only solution for me was to put an older system on another drive and boot from that when I play EV. The problem seems to start with system 10.3, so you can use a 10.2.x system with EV running under Classic.

Not everybody wishes to pay 30 bucks for a game just so they can try another game they can test out free.
EV is OS9 native, I can't really believe that you managed to play it at all! I didn't know that was possible.

There are other benefits to owning Nova.
Anyway, booting into OS 9 may be your only choice.
