Can you get missions from Cydonia or Lethe prime and do you get special weapons from them?

You can get a repeating mission to defend Cydonia or Lethe Prime though. Oh, and there is several plugs that add a mission string for the Cydonians and Letheans. Pale is one of them. Though I didnt try it, so I cant where and when it starts in Pale. E2 has a string too where you build a alliance between them called Lethe- Cydonian Alliance (LCA). There is a pers LCA Destroyer which says you can start the string on New Cydonia. Thats right, you get a new ship and it seems quite formiddable...

Well with that much money, you could make any ship good, but i personally like a challenge, so I'd say go for an un obvious ship, something like a bulk or VIP transport. I used to have great fun modding ships like those, and with enough cash, you can create an awesome ship.
