Rebels

After several years, I've picked up my copy ov EV again, and decided to play Rebel. During the first set of Rebel missions (The weapon transport missions, from ?Clotho) I got a mission to take some of the weapons to Sirgil 3. When I got there, there was no mission text, and the mission was gone from the menu, I think I ran out of time or something. Since then, I haven't been able to try again or do any other Rebel missions, please please please please please tell me I haven't locked myself out of the Rebel string.
