Once you get to the title screen, option-click on the EV title and wait till you get to the end of the silly poem and when MCB-4:35 shows up hit shift-contol-apple-option and F key.

Oh, and since you already had a topic going on this subject, you could have just posted a request for the cheat in the topic. Keeps the board looking neat, I guess, and it would have been easier.
