its in a cave in the northern territories filled with undead and death knights. Go east and then north from the woodsmen camp tunnel tell you hit the moutains, its around there.

Are you sure it wasent just elven splint or ring, the full plate is far too good just to be droped by a cyclops
Arc is right (I think). Cyclop's don't drop elven full plates.
