I submitted it a week ago, but it hasn't shown up on the add-ons page. Is there somethhing wrong with uploading it?

If you think about it, carnage can be good for you.
Usually EVula handles the add-ons section for EV and EVO, so I'm sure he'll get to it soon. It uploaded fine, and will probably be approved shortly. So just hang tight.

Yeah, I stopped checking the EV Addons a while back since I never had anything to move into place. I'll be updating the EVN Addons on Friday, so I take care of EV (and EVO, if it has anything) then, too.

Anyway, I just updated the Addons pages for all three games today. Your plugin was among the ones added.
