I'm in the mission where I have to board an executive transport and get a weapon prototype. I saw it "land" at Ruby, but there were too many confed ships for me to get to it, and it left. The mission didn't say it was failed, but the transport isn't appearing again. Is the mission failed, or is it just that it only appears rarely?
Also, when they say "systems around Ruby," that's only the Osiris system (the only one 1 jump away) right?
