Ipvicus, could we pleeeease add GS's Condor catamaran to the list of available ships? Maybe take away a weapon system or two? It would also be nice to have GS's supertanker. Both were meant to be from the Great War era.

I'm unfalmilliar with the plug and the ships, but if you think they are acceptable I don't see any problem. Why don't you post the stats for those ships in the topic.

Okay, all of those ships are approved, except I'm pretty sure that the Halibut is supposed to have 2 Swivel Laser Cannons... not turrets.
I've decided to post the stats for those ships I mentioned as acceptable earlier as well as those of the Alien ships. If you look closely you will notice that I have modified several of these ships, in most cases switching weapons and downgrading systems, but in the case of the freighters I've actually added weapons slots owing to the fact that I'm sure that humans could figure out some way to fit more than one measly turret on a Bulk Freighter ect.

Ipvicus, all the ships look fine to me. I suppose Sol will be the only government with Frigates and Mantas, right?
Luke, you are certainly the only player that will have access to the designs for the Frigate thing, and I suppose the Manta too. Other players will have access to all of the remaining ships if they choose, including the Halibut.
I'm not sure how much you wanted to have just the Sol system, but from what I can see this is about as many players as we are likely to get, and we still need to fill several more systems. Would it be at all possible for you to control the Centauri, Rigel, Erdiani, and Procyon systems? I think that would provide a more realistic territorial footprint for the Solarian government, plus it would allow us to get started that much sooner.
Also, it would be nice if Mikailovich could also control the Regulus system just to round things out.
Paranoid, unfortuanatly Ambassador Mikailovich and I had already worked out that he would be in control of the Pelagon system... would it be alright if your base was on Capella since it is unclaimed?

Yes, I will claim Regulus. I have a quick question. Does Enyo Fuel Ref exist yet? Probably not, but that's probably where we would get all of our fuel, so it may be a consideration to include it.
What spots are free yet, Ipvicus? Just curious so I might make my decision to play or not.

No, I just really don't have enough time to donate to be an efficient player. Therefore, I think it would be better if I didn't play.
Really hope this webstory turns out alright.
I'm not trying to sound greedy or anything, but about my retrofitted carrier, if you want to have access to it, approach me during the actual story about selling or giving of plans, because I would like to have at least 1 unique to our gov't ship.

Just another idea, if you got enough players maybe you could include a pirate station (with some manta's, a few home-made warships and some captured frigates)?

If you can, get in touch with me over AIM so we can discuss it. From what I can see we've filled out the minimum number of slots that I had invisioned to have in the game. Anything now just makes the story that much more stable and entertaining. If you would like to play a 1-3 system wide government then we can do that, or if you would like to play those pirates that Zax was just talking about it would be cool, you might also play an independant or mercenary fleet.
