This is all the stuff i have now:

All right my government is first:

Pelagon Union

Basically it's composed of the following:
Pelagon: Opal
Jadzia: New Bavaria, an armory/refuelling station: Jadzia Station (OK?)
Sirgil: Sirgil
Regulus: Regulus Prime (renamed to whatever it is now later)

Each system has a government much like states in America. All governed by a capital on Opal. When the story starts, there will be a rebellion on Sirgil that I will be contending with. (typical infighting humans)

Fleet:

35% Halibut light fighers
25% Rapier Missleboats
15% Bear-class carriers
15% Condor Catamarans
5% Supertankers
4% Federally owned freighters
1% Warbird Cruisers

Of the main fleet, I would like to have 3 sub-fleets:

Protector fleet, Jadzia. 75% of all Halibuts. Flagship: "SS Anglo-Saxon", Bear class carrier.
Reunifier fleet, Sirgil. 50% of all Condor, Bear, and Warbirds, 40% of all Rapier Flagship: "SS Iris" Warbird class cruiser
Reserve fleet, Regulus Prime. Remainder of all ships here. No flagship.

Note on flagships: I am using flagships just to add another dimension to battles: if the flagship is destroyed, the remaining ships will have less will to fight, etc.

On Halibuts: They are really weak here. We should at least give them some missiles (Mark 1 missles, mind you). Otherwise it would just be a smaller version of the shuttle.

First of all, Im thingking of upgradeing the Missles MKI to MKII with a thermal nukelear warhead (small mind you). Ill post the stats whenever the story starts.

Ambassador Mike: Great job on the description, everything there looks good. Don't worry about including those freighters in your fleet percentages, everyone is getting independant freighters in addition to their fleets and you can take any federally chartered ones out of them.

Unreal: Sorry you can't have those systems. I gave them to Kylethekender along with two others week before last. Also, I don't think your little independant fleet would have the recources or technical know-how to refit missiles with nukes, you'll have to work something out with the bigger govs if you want nukes.

Luke: Flagship approved with the exception of the 10 Mantas and the shielding/armour... better cut that to four, and 320/75u of shielding and armour. And yes, you can have some Supertankers. All of the big govs with have at least a couple included in the freighters I give them.

The remaining 2 Bear carriers, with included fighters, have been captured after a mob stormed a federal warship hangar on Sirgil, and soon after started terrorizing weak ships in the system.

Alright, RMA... the recharge on that Flagship is way excessive, it's double that of the most advanced warship in modern EV. Cut it to .6u/sec.

Alright. The information that I have come up with so far is rather basic, and apologies to Ipvicus for a bit of procrastination on my part.

Also, a note on the stats for ships; I'm a bit out of the loop on the tech level, so I tried my best to guess. Basically, my ships aren't supposed to be god-like, but not pieces of crud either. I've included basic descriptions of the weapons.

The Nemesis Federation

Government System: Prime Minister functions as leader of government, combined with a multi-party parliment. Similar to that of the United States, with the exception of being more strict in many areas, including considerably longer terms for prime minister and other positions.

Glaive Heavy Rocket
A rather large rocket, similar to the Heavy Rocket, except with more of a punch. Rather large antimatter warhead.

Pilum Rockets
The basic secondary weapon. Sort of like a very beefed up Javelin Rocket.

Neutron Laser Turret
Errr.... it's a laser. A fairly nasty laser. And, unlike the lasers you are used to from EV, these are beams, not pulses. About equal damage to armor and shields.

Neutron Laser Cannon
Same as the Laser Turret, except with slower reload.

I believe these stats will be fairly good, although they may need to be toned down for the lower tech level of this webstory. All stats and such were taken directly as if they were from EV-Edit. The beam thingy is rather complicated though...

Ambassador Mike, I think 20 missiles are a bit much for a Halibut.

Carno, I don't know about those designs... Personally, I think we should've just stuck with basic EV ships and a few GS ships. When people start coming up with their own tech, they can exaggerate how good it is and get away with it far too often.

Ipvicus, for what would be the most powerful human government, my fleet is starting to look more and more pathetic. Couldn't you let me have a few more Frigates and/or Warbirds? I understand that what you say goes, but I've been stuck in too many webstories that ended up remarkably sh*tty to see what's going on here and not get a little nervous. You want this to be the best webstory since BfSIII? Then you're right on track. Want this to be the best webstory since BfS? Watch out...

Yeah, when is this starting? ipvicus said Monday or Tuesday..it's now Wednesday.

And while all my ship designs arent standard, 2 of them are based off of the base ships. Halibut with only minor upgrades. Carrier is very different, but it aint that great, and I need luxury liners to build more. And I cant build anymore ships like my flagship.
