is there any pecific systim where you find the fleet of alein ships.

I assume this is what you need:
Locate Aliens

Mission intro: Admiral Davies is waiting for you in the bar, "It's worse than I feared," he says. "It's time for another patrol mission."

Available on Palshife. Auxiliary ship type is Rebel Mantas.
Available in the spaceport bar. Auxiliary ship amount is 4.
Random factor is 100%. Auxiliary ships will follow player.
Legal status: ą clean.
Mission success increases your Rebellion
Return destination is initial stellar. standing with 15 units.

Special ship type is Alien Fighter.
Special ship amount is 1. You cannot abort or refuse this mission.
Special ship appears at unknown
system.

Destroy Alien Cruiser

Mission intro: Admiral Davies meets you in the spaceport bar. "We've managed to assemble a small fleet of escorts for you," he says, "but destroying this alien battlecruiser will still be a virtual suicide mission. Are you ready for this?"

Available on Palshife. Auxiliary ship type is Rebel Cruiser Escort.
Available in the spaceport bar. Auxiliary ship amount is 2.
Random factor is 100%. Auxiliary ship will follow player.
Legal status: ą clean.
Payment is 10,000,000 credits.
Return destination is initial stellar. Mission success increases your Rebellion
standing with 50 units.
Special ship type is Alien Cruiser.
Special ship amount is 1. You cannot abort this mission.
Special ship appears at unknown
system.
