Music & Sound settings

Sorry if this sounds completely ignorant, but is there any way to adjust the Music volume (like turn it off when you've been playing a long time and are getting sick of the music...even though it's quite good)...I've been unable to find setting with which to adjust the music volume without affecting the sound effects. Please help.

Andrew.

Command-M will disable music.
Can't adjust the volume as far as I know.

Unfortunately you can't set music volume separate from sound effects. This, in my opinion, is a not very pleasant flaw in the game.

I am disappointed that the music volume is not adjustable. This would be a real problem if you hate the music, or you have quiet music that can't be heard over the sounds. Very sad.

The legend of Zelda, while a good insomnia cure, is NOT an rpg.

the music is all stored in data:music in mp3 format. all you have to do it rename another mp3 to the same name as a file in there and you can use your own choice of music in the game. you should also be able to change the volume of the mp3s you put in there by editing their id3 tags (tho i dunno if the game will read those).
