As Aaron is demanding surrender DeadBeat's 3 Cruisers come in to save the day. This new pirate fleet makes short work of Aaron's damaged fleet with the loss of one of their own. A Corvette, 2 Rapiers and a Lightning manage to retreat from the Cruiser's massacre. Aaron's flagship is left disabled, troops are being rounded up so it can be boarded.

The light freighter being upgraded at Liberty Starport is completed. I now have...

I can harvest 200 tons of metal per post. It has abot 1.5 x the shielding of a light frieghter, 4 laser turrets, and a flat top for ship docking.
I'm deploying it to the Asteroid belt to the galactic west, where it hould harvest about 250,000 credits worth of metal per post.
The USS Farragut has captured a Pirate Argosy, which is being scrapped at Liberty Starport.
I probably won't be posting for a few days, (not that it matters.)

The pirate boarding team enters Aaron's flagship Chivalry and is met with minimal resistance. Most of the men on board surrender after a quick fight. The Chivalry is then towed in for repairs before it set's out on it's maiden voyage with the pirates.
