Nope, FTP server. If I can find a way to install a file manager like those sites have, I will, but it isn't very high on my list of things to do.

"Banner" in that instance was referring to any money-making banners; for example, if you signed up with, uh, whatever the banner portion of what FastCounter is called now (I think it's bCentral, dunno), and wanted to put that banner on your site, you could, but my banner would have to be at the top of your page.

This is the EV board, not the evula.org discussion board, and as much as I don't mind talking about myself ( ;)), it would rather hypocritcal of me to do so.
Right-ey-o...But since I'd have to use FTP to use evula.org I don't think the question matters anymore. Plus I can't remember what it was. (But I remember it involved the FTP question!)
I think this topic has gotten a little off the track, and we might have to close this topic. In the beginning, it was about the web page of the Empire, but now we are talking about EVula's web site.
