I've recently heard from Nick "Shade" Williams who informs me that he has sent both the EV plug-in file "Realm of Prey" and its text description to you and I am curious as to when you might be able to post it to the EV add-ons page?
As neither he nor I could access the add-ons page using the "submit file" function I would appreciate any help you could offer in making the plug public.

Actually, he has emailed me, and I've kept forgetting about it, namely because the time that I read my email and the time that I would upload the plugin never co-exist at the same point... sigh
I believe I'll have time to do it (finally) tonight. I'll email myself about it right now, as emails addressed from "EVula" are a bit more peculiar in my Inbox than emails from practically anyone else.

I also had a problem. I uploaded a plug-in (thats not a cheat) and it still isn't up. I sent it a while ago and I'm still waiting. P.S I emailed you and you still haven't replied.

EVula doesn't upload every plugin that is sent to him, because most plugs that people make are, most likely, exactly like a plug that someone else has already uploaded.
I got your email over the weekend when I wasn't at home, and so didn't get around to responding to it.
As for the missing plugin, if it wasn't stuffed, I probably just promptly deleted it. Stuff it and reupload it and I'll get it up on the site.

EDIT 2: Rats, foiled again! IT WON'T UNSTUFF! I double click on the compressed file, Stuffit Expander fires up, then quits. This has happened with very few plugins. Dammit, I've been waiting to join Zane Salazar and my namesake in action. D'ye know what's wrong with it, EVula?

Who cares? EVula finally got it up! O.K... now that the novelty has worn off, I do care. WHAT'S WITH THE PLUG? (I may add something to this post once I try unstuffing it.)
I had the same problem. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I don't think I got it all since I only got 6.1 megs and I think the file was something like 6.28 megs. What's up with this.

Not quite sure what went wrong. It started fine, and I thought it had all gone nice and well till I checked and couldn't find the file that had been unstuffed. Grrr.....

I tried expanding it using Stuffit 6.0.1, and it said that one of the archives in the compressed file is corrupted. Tim, do you think you can fix this?

SOMEONE HELP!
I've been in contact with Tim via email. He said that it may have something to do with OSX not being compatible with System 7 programs (like Dropstuff 5.x, which is what ROP was compressed with). However, I'm running OS 9.1 and it wouldn't work on my computer either. He doesn't quite know what's wrong, but he sent a message to EVula about it. Here's the message he sent so you guys know what's going on:
Sent to EVula and relayed to me by Tim: **A few days ago you were kind enough to upload an Escape Velocity plug-in to the EV Add-ons Page called REALM OF PREY (file name "RealmOfPrey.sit.Bin"). As the author of this plug, I have been advised by several players that the file they downloaded from the add-ons site does not decompress.
ROP was stuffed first using Dropstuff 5.x with the resulting SIT file being converted to MacBinary using BinHex 5.0 (available from the upload window). To the best of my knowledge, the resulting "sit.bin" format should work flawlessly. Was the file somehow damaged when emailed to you? (NOTE: the file was sent to you by Nick "Shade" Williams after he too could not access the Ambrosia ftp server using the 'submit file' function, though he stuffed the file in the exact same manner explained above).
Were you able to successfully unstuff the plug yourself before placing it on the site? It is my understanding that all submissions are checked in that manner before being accepted by Ambrosia. By chance would you be able to re-stuff the plug folder contents or do you need to have the file resent? Please do advise.**
I tried unstuffing under three different operating systems (9.1, 8.6, and 8.5.1) with the same result. The problem is with the file. I tell Tim about it.
