Heya folks. It's your annoying EV-obsessed friend from a long time ago... Yeah, him. <mwahaha>
Anyhow, most of you have probably noticed that I rarely even post within the space of two or three weeks any longer, in sharp contrast to the 21.7 posts a day average I used to fancy ( ;)). As for the explanation, life's fallen to pieces the last few months of my life at home, and I'm lucky if I ever get hold of a computer under the current circumstances (much less one with internet access). My parents are separated, which means constantly bouncing back and forth between multiple dwellings. Until this entire mess is brought to an end (for better or for worse), I likely won't be able to hang around much. But I indeed still exist, and I'll very much be in EV business and graphics design again when I really "return."
I've been using my older brother's self-built Athlon at the house I usually stay at (no internet access), so I'm using all this time to really improve my skills in Bryce 5 and Cinema 4D 7 XL. Hopefully I'll be able to bring you some improved graphics skill once I'm around again.
For EV relevancy, uh... The Rebels rock.

I'm indeed still walking on the face of the planet, although sometimes I wish I wasn't; The influenza (103 fever, very sore throat, nasty headache and upset stomach) has been driving me crazy for over a week now. Oh the joys of a little brother who brings you illness time and time again... Heh.

It looks like you've got all the files I can think of, but did you ever have any luck getting those landscapes and textures together? I've all but forgotten about (url="http://"http://dreamwave.evula.net/")Dreamwave(/url); I haven't touched it since its last update. There's so much I want to do with it however, so it certainly won't be sitting idle for eternity. In the meantime I'll continue to nail down yet more web coding skills and collect extra ideas.

Good to see you back, Cap'n. Maybe sometime we could discuss dragging the EV and EVO boards back to life. As you see, we're not dead so much as we are... sleeping. All the regular topics have been done time and time again, until the first thing anyone says to them is "It's been done." A new bar or webstory doesn't seem to be the answer - at best, it'll only create interest in the new bar or webstory, instead of bringing the actual boards back to life. Any ideas?
Eric; how's about a race? My and your posts added together against the Cap'n's - first to 10000? He has a lead of 700 posts or so, but I'm sure we can work something out...you karmaban him for two weeks...

As for your offer Dragon, I'm not too much for it - at least you and I. You really ticked me off the last time we tried to run a webstory (no hard feelings now), but I'd love to see you try and get something going with maybe Mac or Carno. That might bring this place some life.
