It's in your Escape Velocity section in "EVula's Lair." You go to the government embassy link and click on the "Rebels" link. Then you go all the way down to the page where it shows a link called "Go to the Rebels Mission Computer." I clicked on that, but it didn't work.

From there, just go to the bottom of the page to the mission thing.
