gideon blacksmith?

Does anyone know where I can find the blacksmith that is south of gidolan keep? I cant seem to find him.

He's on the map as the "old dwarf."

Go south, skirting the east coast. When you run out of coast, head west. You should see a cave with a river south of it. Go a bit farther west, and take the bridge south. The dwarf is on that island, you should be able to find him from there.

I have found the Island I think you are talking about, but i cannot find the dwarf. The Island has two waterfalls on its west side, and is in the same map as one entrance to the cave, right? Thanks
