What does the plug do? You'll probably have better luck getting testers if they know what it does.

It adds 2 Beam Wepons, The CAsteroid Beam and the RAsteroid Beam. it adds them to the Confed Cruiser and the Rebel Cruiser

Usually, for such a small plugin, you'd just beta test it yourself. If it only adds two weapons, you just need to check and see if they work. Still, good to see that you're going to test it, since I'd guess that many of the plugs put up on the shameless abomination that is the EV plugs page are never tested at all.
