That makes me very mad! I found that awhile back and decided to hang on to it, not eat it. Then after advancing a few levels I save and then test it. :frown: My health could have been so much higher. :frown: Glad you posted this, it is important for everyone to know that they should eat any mushroom they find in the caves or in the forest.
It can be found in a small cave under a waterfall, which can be accessed by using the pathfinding skill. Once more, :frown:

Hang on a sec... Eat mushrooms? I know that this one gives you +5 vitality, but why eat it sooner ratherr than later? Do the effects multiply or something?

Your vitality decides how much of a health increase you get with each level. The sooner you eat the mushroom the more health you get for each level. So I repeat :frown: Oh, well.

I'm wondering, can anybody give a spoiler on where exactly the shroom is? On ArcAngel's (may he live forever) map, I find many small caves that could meet the description... I'm close to gaining a level. I want to get the shroom before such a timely event occurs

Along the western tree wall heading south toward the north gidolan entrance, there's a secret. You need the pathfinding skill.

I'm still having trouble finding it. Where exactly is it? How close is it to the termite farmer? And is the pathfinder skill automatic, or do you have to press a specific button to activate it?

As the crow flies, just a few screens. However the distance on foot is much, much larger.
