i cant seem to get the next mission. i had just taken over Armstrong and was instructed to go to what was left of the cantine(the bar i belive) in 30 mins. but nothing is there. i tried to see if there was a random involved, but i tried about 20 times to no avail. could someone please either tell what to do, or tell me the name of the following mission so i can set the random to 100%?

It's one of the Escape from Alcatraz, and you have to have actually dominated the planet (meaning it pays you tribute) for you to get the next mission. It's already set at 100% though.
