TurinV help

I've been playing EV for about 3 years now, but I never have done the TurinV misison string. I am now doing it, but I have a question, does it ever finish? I just get constant supply shipments and pirate invasions.

I don't think much happens - the planet certainly never gets terraformed. I should make that happen in one of my plug-ins, actually.

Eventually you'll get a 'fed mission to put some spies or something on Turin V to observe the Rebels terraforming, IIRC.

Try the "TurinVPatch" from the Plugins section of the addons page. Here's what it says about it:

Turin V Patch By Far World Software / Brian Whalley Turin V Patch is a small plugin that fixes one of the more annoying elements of EV's scenario. It will stay dormant untill the player finishes the Turin V terraforming missions. At that time, the planet will appear to have been terraformed into a more hospitable world, and the 'Defend Turin V' mission, which normally occurs multiple times, will remain available. If you encounter any problems with this file, a bug fix has been released at (url="http://"http://prophet.damnsw.net/fws/turinvpatch.sit.hqx")http://prophet.damns...nvpatch.sit.hqx(/url) .
