Will they ever make EV for Windows?

Yeah, as stated above... However, there are emulators that will run EV on a PC.

It should be noted that, with a PC version of Nova and a port of the EV scenario to the EVN engine, you will be able to play EV on a PC without any emulators. Hurrah.

I've heard of two seperate groups making EV to EVN ports, but I haven't seen anything official. Could you point me in the right direction, o wise EVula?

I believe w00tWare and TomWoozle are doing it as part of the development process for PortAuthority.
