Thanks to previous help from the learned members of this forum, I donwloaded and upgraded to EVGE. Great game!
One small problem--I can't get beyond Merope. It's the last system on the map, with just a straight line trailing off it.
I'd love to fly the alien mission, but since I can't get to alien space, well...
Any hints here?

Beware, though: after you jump in, you can't come back without completing the alien missions, and they'll only be offered if you're using a pilot file which you created after installing EVGE.

Yeah, I started EVGE with a new pilot--shuttle and all. Now flying an Orion Galaxy Destroyer fitted with Black Lightning, HSF torpedoes, and missles. I think I've flown every other mission available, so the aliens seem to be the only thing left.
